Now, we at Hilanders are looking for a force of gravity that can keep our creative communications cosmos together. In other words: We need a production manager with at least five years of experience from the digital and analog realms.
You will need to be a highly service-minded person who is able to work independently and carry through projects from brief to final delivery. You will also be THE ONE in setting up quotes, budgets and manage invoicing – as well as in campaign and budget follow-ups. So, a great sense of responsibility and structure is vital.
You will be at the heart of all relations in the Hilanders solar system, since you will manage contacts with our clients and partners. We also need you to be a natural when it comes to creating and maintaining a great spirit in your teams. And then, we have the creatives. These…people (just joking, we’re a friendly bunch) need a yay-sayer, a sound board and a keeper of the framework. We also need you to be a meticulous character with a knack for checking the work that leaves the office (proofreading Greg’s writings is a pure joy).
And as if this wasn’t enough, we need you to be a curious and updated person who is able to juggle numerous projects at once. Our clients operate on a global scale and we have offices in Stockholm as well as Shanghai – and more international hubs will be set up. Therefore, you need to be able to write and speak good English. Other language skills are highly appreciated.
